Reception

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist students, parents, and visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information about the school’s programs, activities, and events.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for school staff and faculty.
  • Update and maintain student and staff directories.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the school office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
