Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist students, parents, and visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information about the school’s programs, activities, and events.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for school staff and faculty.
- Update and maintain student and staff directories.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the school office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
