The Aldenham Prep Riyadh Team: Introducing Ms Cosgrove

At Aldenham, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional education. By implementing a rigorous hiring process, we ensure all teachers meet our key principles, with the skills and experience to lead our pupils to academic excellence.

As we await the opening of Aldenham Prep Riyadh in September 2022, let us introduce you to one of our fantastic teachers who will be joining us in this new chapter.

Ms Sinead Cosgrove currently lives in Plymouth, UK with her husband and 4 year old daughter. She has been teaching for seven years, mainly focusing on Early Years and KS1. Before making the decision to join us at Aldenham Prep Riyadh, Sinead was a Year 2 teacher and Primary Maths Lead.

Prior to becoming a teacher, Ms Cosgrove trained in Performing Arts. She studied Musical Theatre at The Brit School before going on to complete her BA Honors at the Bird College of Dance and Theatre. Her experience in the creative industry aligns with our holistic view of education, where subjects like art and drama are valued as much as science and maths.

Ms Cosgrove is delighted for the opportunity to move to Riyadh and join the Aldenham family as the new Lower School Lead to deliver our all-round approach to education.

“I am passionate about inspiring children to develop a love of learning through my creative and innovative approach to teaching, drawing on my own creative background to teach in a way that is inspiring and engaging,” she shares.

We are incredibly pleased to be welcoming Ms Cosgrove to Aldenham Prep Riyadh, where she will do a wonderful job in supporting pupils and parents alike.

Aldenham UK

The Flagship of the Aldenham Foundation and founded in 1597, Aldenham UK is steeped in history with 423 years of academic excellence. It embodies the best of timeless traditions and universal values, along with a documented history of a forward-thinking culture that has differentiated it from its peers.

At Aldenham we remember that achievement is an individual matter, be it entry to an Oxbridge college, a sporting or cultural goal or it may simply involve growing up into a well-balanced individual. Dedicated teaching is at the heart of this endeavour as we help our students to focus on their own plans, while our teachers focus on our students.
