At Aldenham Prep School Riyadh, school fees represent a deliberate investment in a proven educational model shaped by over four centuries of British independent school tradition. As a true owner-operated branch of Aldenham School in the United Kingdom, our standards are not licensed or replicated but directly informed by the governance, academic philosophy and leadership practices of the founding school.
Our fee structure reflects the depth of this commitment: rigorous academic delivery, specialist subject teaching, high staff-to-pupil ratios, structured pastoral care and a broad co-curricular programme designed to develop character alongside scholarship. Every element is intentionally designed to provide stability, substance and measurable long-term outcomes for each pupil.

Annual Tuition Fees


Payment Schedule

Tuition fees are payable in three instalments: 
Term 1    
40% – Due 15 August 
Term 2     
40% – Due 15 December 
Term 3     
20% – Due 1 April 
Fees must be paid in advance of each term. Parents are responsible for the payment of all applicable school fees before the student can attend school. This responsibility cannot be delegated to a company.

One-Time Fees (New Pupils)

SAR 1,000 (Non-refundable)
A non-refundable fee payable upon submission of the Application Form. This covers the administrative and assessment costs associated with processing each application.
SAR 10,000 (Non-refundable)
Payable when parents formally accept the offer of a school place. This fee secures and confirms the student’s place at the School.

Other Fees and Financial Policies

A refundable security deposit of SAR 2,500 is payable on 1 April at the start of Term 3.
Lunch provision forms part of the Aldenham curriculum and is a mandatory component of the total bundled tuition cost.
Parents may opt for breakfast as an additional add-on.

New pupils joining the School for the first time are required to purchase the full uniform bundle (summer, winter and PE kit) prior to starting school.

Following the initial bundle purchase, individual uniform items may be purchased as required.
A discount of SAR 1,250 is applied for each additional sibling enrolled at the School. The eldest child is charged at the full published tuition rate.
Important Notes: 
  • 15% VAT is applied to all applicable charges. Saudi nationals are exempt from VAT on education-related fees in accordance with regulations. 
  • All mandatory fees outlined in this Schedule of Fees are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. 
  • All information within this Schedule of Fees is governed by the Parent Contract.
