Aldenham School, Founded 1597

School Fees

Aldenham Prep Riyadh educates boys and girls in Nursery up to the end of Year 6. After children have finished at Aldenham Prep Riyadh, they will be able to transfer to our secondary school, Aldenham Riyadh (ages 11-18). Our pupils will be able to continue their excellent all-round education with us at the school, which is set to open in 2024.

It’s possible to join Aldenham Prep Riyadh at any age if there is space, but the normal entry points are Nursery (3+) or Reception (4+).

Schedule of Fees

Registration/Assessment Fee

The registration fee of 1,000 SAR is payable at the time a child is formally registered, and before an offer of a place can be made. It enables the school to administer the admissions process and guarantees assessment for entry. It does not guarantee the offer of a place in the school, and the registration/assessment fee is non-refundable.

There are two stages to the assessment process. Stage one is the reviewing of the formal registration form. The Registrar will contact parents if any further information is required, such as previous school reports or other references. If the application is successful, you will progress to stage two, and be invited to the school for an interview. It’s expected that the child and their parents should attend this interview. If your child is successful, then the Head will make an offer of a place.

Acceptance Fee

If an offer of a place is made, parents will have the opportunity to accept the offer and enter into the parent/school contract under our standard terms and conditions. Upon acceptance of the offer of a place, an Acceptance Fee of 10,000 SAR is payable. This will hold the place until the deposit is due and is non-refundable.

Capital Development Fee

For each new pupil accepting a place at Aldenham Prep Riyadh, there is a one-time-only Capital Development Fee of 10,000 SAR, which is payable at the same time as the Acceptance Fee. This fee is used to continuously improve the campus and technology needs of the school. This fee is non-refundable.

Deposit

Three months before the date on which a child is due to enter the school, a deposit fee of 50% of the first term's fees must be paid. The balance will be due at the start of the term, and the deposit is non-refundable - but is credited against the first term's fees.

Tuition Fees (SAR) - 2023-2024

For convenience, the annual fee is payable each term in advance and is paid in three amounts by bank transfer, according to the payment schedule below. If the fees are not paid by the due date, the school reserves the right to impose a surcharge or to require the pupil to leave the school until the fees are paid.

For children who start in Term 2, parents will pay the fee as listed, and the Term 3 fee will be adjusted to reflect the correct price for attending two of the three terms in the annual fee.

For children who start in Term 3, the fee will be adjusted to reflect the correct price for attending only one of the three terms in the annual fee.
