Aldenham schools aim to offer an education for life and friendships forever, providing support and a strong sense of community for both former and current pupils - ensuring that their connection to Aldenham endures long after they complete their education.
At Aldenham Prep Riyadh, we’re thrilled that our students will be joining a global network of thousands of alumni, across 150 countries. Many Aldenham alumni - known as Old Aldenhamians or OAs - stay in touch with their school, offering a range of invaluable benefits and opportunities, and helping to ensure our pupils will continue to thrive long after they leave.
How Can Old Aldenhamians Help Your Child?
In the UK, Old Aldenhamians help to support Aldenham School in many ways. Not only do they help to mentor and guide our current pupils, offering them talks on careers, academic subjects, and areas of general interest, but they also coach pupils in sports and other activities. Our alumni also often provide work experience and volunteering opportunities all over the world, helping pupils to prepare for life after graduation and setting them up for future success.
Many of our alumni have gone on to achieve great success in their fields, such as international businesswoman and television personality Baroness Karren Brady, professional golfer Matt Wallace, the record-breaking skydiver Adrian Nicholas - and a number of professional footballers including Charlie Patino and Maurizio Pochettino.
A highlight in the Aldenham UK’s school calendar is the annual OA Day. This momentous occasion brings former pupils and staff together, to celebrate their accomplishments and reaffirm the sense of community that Aldenham fosters. All OAs are welcome to attend, and OA Day serves as a joyous reminder that Aldenham is more than just a school; it is a vibrant and enduring community. This gathering provides a platform for alumni to reunite, reminisce, and create new connections. The day is filled with heartfelt conversations, shared memories, and a deep appreciation for the lasting impact of an Aldenham education.
