Train with a UEFA B licensed coach who has led academy programmes for Juventus and AC Milan.
We are delighted to welcome your child to the Aldenham Football Academy, an updated programme designed to give players a high-quality, structured and enjoyable football experience within the Aldenham community.
Families are welcome to stay and watch. Sessions are planned around the age and development level of each group, so your child trains alongside players at a similar stage — learning, competing and building confidence in a supportive environment.
Across the programme, your child will develop:
- Ball mastery, first touch and individual technical skill.
- Dribbling, 1v1 confidence, shooting and finishing.
- Game understanding through small-sided matches and decision-making.
- Coordination, agility and football-specific movement.
- Teamwork, communication and sportsmanship, on and off the pitch.
Whether your child is new to football or already playing regularly, the Academy offers a clear and progressive pathway rather than a one-off weekly session. As the season develops, players will have opportunities to take part in friendly matches against other schools and academies, internal competitions, football festivals and tournaments.
Sessions run from 13 September to 12 December 2026, with weekly slots for ages 4–6, 7–9 and 10–13, plus Saturday morning individual and small-group coaching for players who want a more personalised focus.
Led by Simone Canepa — UEFA B License, Master's Degree in Sport Sciences, and 15+ years in youth development.
Aldenham UK
Founded in 1597, Aldenham UK is the flagship of the Aldenham Foundation and is steeped in history, with over 428 years of academic excellence. Aldenham UK - and all of our schools - embodies the best of timeless traditions and universal values, along with a documented history of a forward-thinking culture that’s served to differentiate us from our peers.
At Aldenham, we remember that achievement is an individual matter - whether that’s entry to an Oxbridge college, a sporting or cultural goal, or simply growing up into a well-balanced individual. Dedicated teaching is at the heart of everything we do. While we help our pupils to focus on their own plans, our teachers focus on our pupils.
